| Above we see the frequency responce of the Super-T amp from SI-5 at 2 different impedances and no load. Note a little drop-off under 20 Hz, not really a problem for real world use. We can see the rising response curve at the top end due to filter design. The large peak with no load may be due to poor Zobel design (same with all amps tested). Not the flattest response you'll ever see, but not bad. A 4 ohm tweeter might sound a little rolled off on the high end. |
